Driftwood Beach

Driftwood Beach, located on Jekyll Island, GA, is rated 5th most romantic beach in the world. All the trees drifted ashore after a hurricane uprooted them miles away.

Catchin' Some Waves

The following were taken in May 2008 in Jekyll Island, GA. The island is a State Park, and a lot of research is done here for the University of Georgia (my alma mater).

The lighthouse you see in the background is on St. Simon's Island,
another of Georgia's Golden Isles.

These pictures were all taken in Olde Town Conyers. There are lots of colorful buildings in the historic district, and there is also a botanical garden where a lot of these pictures come from.
